Piotr Pawlak will perform at the W. Lutosławski Concert Studio to celebrate the 89th anniversary of Polish Radio Centre for Musical Culture (Dwójka). The program features both solo piano repertoire and collaborative works with the Arte dei Suonatori quintet. One of the most outstanding pianists of the younger generation, Pawlak won the "Uchem słuchaczy" (Listeners' Choice) award during the 19th International Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition, where he captivated the audience with his sensitivity and interpretive maturity. A laureate of the 2nd prize at the 2nd International Chopin Competition on Period Instruments, the artist will perform on a 1858 Érard piano.
